Sketchbook5 게시판 모듈 스킨에서 권한자에게만 댓글 보이기

XE 보드 모듈의 스킨 중 SketchBook5 에서 댓글(comment) 쓰기 권한을 가진 경우만 댓글을 표시하는 방법 

.../sketchbook5/_read.html 파일을 수정함.

• $grant->write_comment 댓글쓰기 권한이 있는 사람에게만 댓글이 나타남 
• $grant->write_document 글쓰기 권한이 있는 사람에게만 댓글이 나타남 
• $is_logged 로그인된 사용자에게만 댓글이 나타남
